Personal Email Set Up Instructions
If you would like a Surf Air Wireless email account you must call the office at 888-247-2283 and speak with a Surf Air Wireless technical support representative. You will need to have your account information such as account holder's full name, service address, and/or telephone number
Due to the high amount of security risks, Surf Air Wireless will require passwords to meet a certain criteria:
- Email Addresses must be between 3 and 12 (lower case only) characters long and must start with a letter.
- Passwords must be at least 8 alphanumeric characters long, starting with a letter.
- You must include letters and numbers with your password.
- You must have at least one upper case character within your password.
ALSO BE AWARE, Surf Air Wireless will never ask for your username or password information via email!
