AIRbaud - Technical Support - Personal Web Space

Each AIRbaud account is allowed space on http://members.airbaud.net. There is a limit of 20 Mbytes per user.

*In order to get access to this space, you will need to provide us with a user name and password. The user name will also be the name of your site. Here's an example. Username is test, so the site name would be found at http://members.airbaud.net/test.

You must fill out the form and give a username and password. We will then verify that this username is not in use. Once verified you will then receive a reply email from AIRbaud granting you access to your new personal web site space. You will then be allowed to access your site and will also be able to ftp into your directory in order to edit your site.

FileZilla Ftp Client - Available at: http://filezilla.sourceforge.net Click on the download link on their web site.

Installation

  1. Select Language.
  2. Agree to License Agreement.
  3. Accept the defaults for the rest of the install.
Connecting to a FTP server:
  1. In the Address line of quick connect bar enter the address of the AIRbaud personal web site server, which is members.airbaud.net.
  2. In the User line enter your AIRbaud username.
  3. In the Password box enter your AIRbaud password.
  4. Set Port to 21 and click the Quickconnect button.
Downloading a File:
  1. Locate the file you want to download in the Remote Site pane.
  2. Select the location you want it to download to in the Local Site Pane.
  3. Right-Click the file and select Download.
Uploading a File:
  1. Locate the file you want to Upload in the Local Site pane.
  2. Select the location you want to Upload it to in the Remote Site Pane.
  3. Right-Click the file and select Upload.
To disconnect from your ftp server:
  1. Choose File in the upper left-hand corner of the program.
  2. Select Disconnect from the menu.
