TROUBLESHOOTING
If you have problems connecting or staying connected to the Internet, here are some suggestions to try:
- Check your connections: Make sure all cables are plugged in securely.
- Make sure the power sources for our connection and your router are plugged in, and the outlets that they are plugged into are receiving power.

- Check the Internet on other computers / devices on your network. This will help determine whether the issue lies with the overall connection, or just a specific computer / device.
- Check multiple websites: If the problem exists with only one, or a few, website(s), the issue may lie with that specific site rather than your service.
- Restart your computer / device.
- Unplug the power to your router for about 20 seconds, then plug it back in. Give your router 30 - 60 seconds to reboot, then check your Internet connection again.
