AVG Install Setup

1. First double click on the downloaded exe file. You can find the link on the technical support page.
2. Then click "Next", "Accept", and "Accept" once more.
3. You will want to perform the Standard Installation. Hit "Next" and leave the user name and license key alone.
4. Then hit "Finish" and "Ok."

1. When AVG is first ran, it will ask a series of questions. The next steps will walk you through on how to scan your machine for viruses.
2. You will want to have AVG update it self, so make sure you select "update avg now." AVG will then check for updates.
3. Next, select Internet then update. Hit "Ok" and then "Next."
4. Click "No" for rescue disk, email scanner, scan, and register. Once the initial setup wizard is completed, you may then hit "Scan Computer."
5. AVG will then scan your computer on a regular basis for viruses.
